Holy carp! (sic) There's traffic in Hutch?
Maybe we're reading it wrong. Maybe he drove into traffic CHARGED. Does that mean anything illegal there?
Actually, he did drive into ONCOMING traffic, so he was criminally charged. The headline writer just didn't paint the whole picture :-)
Hmmm...poor guy...like the act itself wasn't frightening enough...then a big, tough, burly cop pulls him over, rips off the big, goofy clown head and beats the tar out of him...throws him on the ground, kicks him, and...possibly worst of all..announced that this will definitely go on his permanent record! Oops..sorry...wrong story.
